Boo Boo Kitty

Ok thanks so much for writing me back.. I really need some help with this. Well i have had to fills i have a 4ccs band and i have 1 and 1/2 ccs in it. This is so hard for me right now.. I find myself crying and eating..I hate when i eat because of stress. For the first time yesterday I had something lodge in my band. BREAD!!! So do you think i am getting close to restriction.. I sure hope so. I need to get some weight off and feel like excercising.. take care and thanks alot Tessa
