Hello girls! I have been having one hell of a week...ugh... Brandi--I really hope he can get it done! I talked to my neighbor who is an attorney here and she was laughing saying someone needs another job! She said it shouldn't be able to fly in court! BUT we are in Michigan, and not there! Sweet--good idea on hiding the scale. I did that for awhile and now I am doing MUCH MUCH better with that obsession... How is the fill doing now? Congrats on the 13s! kay--we are all there sometimes, just don't put the sh*t in front of you! I hate french fries now, how strange considering I used to eat them at least once a day! H was a little pissed when I left the house in it! It is a tight leopard dress with a high belt just under the gilrs, so they look good too! lol.... I am seeing my coworkers tonight at a meeting, some haven't seen me in 6 months so I have to be stellar. I am no longer the fat chick, and they all need to see that! ==

I agree 100%. I hear this damn kids here at school complaining because they don't have time study after they party or don't know who they "hooked up" with over the weekend..can't they see they are creating these problems??? UGH...

I use Activia as well, but I have found if I want something that works FASTER I eat fresh pinapple. It is a natural diaretic, just don't go too far that day, trust me...lol...

Protien after a work out helps the recovery process, especially after a good workout. You should try to get some protien within an hour of exercising. We had a sports nutritionist in my class today who talked about this. If your body is in the recovery process you can not only build muscle faster, but loose weight faster than without it! (Good to know I pay attention in class...lol)

I promise you that you will have a healthier relationship with food that you will prosper from! You will learn a new better love, that enriches you MUCH more than before ever! You will find that you can love yourself more than you love food. It feels good to find that you can eat without overeating, it is a new kind of love. I find that I have come respect food as a nutrient, not as a councelor, friend,or a boo boo fixer. I no longer live to eat, I eat to live and I actually enjoy it MORE. While, as all break ups go, it is hard at first, it will be better for both of you....the Cookies are selfish and don't love you back much.....

I don't think I would be ready to ride the bike that soon at all! I think it would hurt over the bumps and would not help if you were nausiated at all...I would say no for me, but I am a BIG baby! lol...

Awww new! I feel your pain. I agree a guy will never know what it is like to have hips, boobs, ect. BUT that doesn't mean they can't help and make good decisions! They are good at that! However I would talk to him, and tell him you should really wait to buy clothes! You will not be wearing them long and you will feel like you have wasted money. And, no the body issues don't really go away, but we learn to help it happen. Each day gets better!!

I disagree with you! You CAN do this, even if you have no support. But I for 1, will stand up and tell you that I WILL support you. I don't even know you, but I was you. No one wanted me to do it, they all are still waiting for me to fail. NOT gonna happen! Just like you can not let others take this away from you. Nothing worth fighting for is ever easy. We all went through our own sorts of hell to get our bands, I would do anything for mine! Please don't give up--you can do this!

Sweet sounds like MY situation exactly! Mr Dr was not a fan of the band, I think I have made him a believer!

I agree that I have tried this as a strike before attacked, it has never worked for me...but everyone is different! :eek:
