You probly didn't hurt the port, you can do soft tissue damage, I have done it myself. It heals! If it still hurts for a few days see your Dr. When I pull my port area I massage warm olive oil into the area. It helps with inflamation and helps a bit. Good luck!

Man girl, I think you read my mind! I agree 100% with you. People except this to be a quick fix. News flash---we didn't get fat overnight!! Robin Talk to a PS but I would agree if you do it now you are more likely to need it again later. I know it is a hard wait but my PS wouldn't do it until I was at goal for awhile. Steph--I LOVE LOVE LOVE BB this season. I just fell asleep the other night and woke up at like 2 am very upset that I missed all the drama. I want the cutesy couple to get it... I love his hair!
