Well because I wasn't released yet I hadn't been able to go to the gym. I got the ok yesterday so today was my first day back....wow!!! What a difference a few months make! UGH! I feel almost like I am starting over. I could only do 20 mins on the stair stepper and 20 on the elipitcal. I did some weights for about 15 mins. BUT I felt like such a looser...lol.... I was up to 1.5 hours a day so today was a let down for me. :thumbup:

WTF!!!! That doesn't even look good. People eat that??

Big Macs are awsome for breakfast as well. I put mine in a blender though, because I only do shakes for breakfast! :tongue_smilie::thumbup:

Hello all... Well I am surprised, in shock and awe and HAPPY to say that my surgeon was VERY VERY VERY nice today. I told him how I felt and hje agreed and then some! He apologized and said that he did make the wrong choice in surgery. He is going to do a breast revision, tt revision and lipo! If my insurance will not cover it, which it won't he said he will "Eat the cost"!! I am still in shock! He is going to do more than I would have enve asked for but I am certainly NOT going to turn it down! I will be taking some photos ;ater and will post them. They are actually very hard for me to do!I can post all day the pretty me with clothes, but the other is very different!

FYI don't tell the PS your goal is 135. I told the truth like that and I was told that they didn't do PS until you were at your goal. I am sure everywhere is different but just in case! lol... I only lost 8 pounds from surgery though, so I was glad I was already at goal.

I have to share this because I am STILL in shock ya'all! Went shopping and generally I don't buy clothes at the mall because of my style. You know that I am very vintage. ANYWHO we were at TjMaxx for sheets and I saw this dress I fell in love with. It is a very cute black dress in the 40s/50s style I love. BUT it was the only one, a small. It was not only amazingly cute it was marked down from $98 to $10 freaking dollars!! SO without trying it on I bought it. I didn't want to try it on there and cry. Well it not only fits but even 10+ more pounds I would be fine! I have gone from no longer being able to shop at Lane Giant because I was TOO BIG to a small!!!! I had to share with you all! :biggrin2: What a wonderful journey this has been!

I had a fill before a business trip and I will NEVER do it again. I had trouble with the fill and was miserable and in pain the whole time I was gone. It was absolutely horrid. I tried to find someone to help me while I was gone but it was impossible to do so. If I were you I would seriously consider NOT doing it. You never know how you will tolerate the fill and it is NOT good to be on a trip while it something happens! Good luck to you!

I eat between 800-1300 calories per day. I track it with a free site www.myfoodpyramid.gov I eat a variety of foods, but just in moderation. I don't deny myself of anything if I REALLY want it. I work out 1-1.5 hours a day at 4 am. I switch between cardio and weights. I follow all the bandster rules and made this a life changing thing, not a quick fix. Good luck!

YEEE HAW!!! That means I am off the hook now right? lol....that is the way for me to be fat and gross again. No thanks! I also want to point out that just because someone else is able to do something that is BAD and get away with it there is NO guarantee that we can! I will say that I followed the rules about 99% of the time as well. But when I do mess up it is not something intentional or planned. It is a slip up. I didn't go through what I went through to get my band to screw it up. I did this to change my life. If you aren't serious and committed about your band then why get it done? I am too sick of people who are looking for valadation to cheat on the diet. What is the point?
