Well an update...but still more drama than I want to deal with... They (U of M) hospital turned in paperwork to my insurance company to get the revisions paid for, but of course it took forever. AND why would my insurance company pay for it when the Dr was clearly at fault. SO, now the revisions have to go before a committee to be approved by them, since it is the Dr's fault and the hospital will have to pick up the slack. I was told that there is no way I will be able to get surgery this year. I am more than angry. I don't even know where to start bitching with them. I am ready to throw up my hands and get an attorney.

And then they ate it.... Good protein for them. :thumbup:

I agree, plus it throws off my sleep, kids sleep and our scheduals entirely, it sucks. I hate it! I was laying awake at 3 am which was really 4 now. SUCKS. No today will be hard all day. Blah....

The only reason I believe it isn't legal is the goverment can't make money off it. How do you regulate it? I mean it works well in Nevada in some places but can it be nationwide? I had my port replaced for this reason. HOWEVER I got it covered by insurance. Mine hurt all the time because it stuck out and would get bumped/caught ect on things. My surgeon wrote it on insurance as a hernia repair. Talk to your Dr, and remember pain is relative and they can't tell you that it isn't causing you trouble. :thumbup:
