I don't think we are supposed to drink it, but it helps me in a pinch. On the coke drinking poll someone mentioned it, and I have been doing it ever since. Only a few sips and things are on the move again. And then my DH gets to drink the rest.

Ok I am getting the "So what are you doing to loose weight" question a lot now. I do not want it out there that I had surgery, my family is very against it. SO what do you say when you get that question? I can not say Weight Watchers because my brother's mother in law is a guru at it and would GRILL me. ANY suggestions? And in the big scheme of things, I love not knowing how to lie about how I am loosing weight. At least I am not getting more of those "We should talk about how unhealthy you are" talks. :tired

There are days I hate this band, but for the most part I love it. I am doing very well. I made my "Dirty 30" g oal of 60 pounds a few weeks early. It is a long road. Day by day, day by day....that is all you can do!

Please absolutely DO NOT get a fill before you go! Take my advice. I did it the day before a trip and my trip was hell because of it. I hated every moment of it all. Please do not do it. Trust me!

Josette I am with ya babe! I feel like I signed on for bulamia with surgery. I get up for work at 4 am and can not eat a damn thing until noon. It is VERY hard. But, that is small compared to the fact I feel like there is more hair inside my brush than in my head....

Sue, My MIL is the same damn way, although she does know that I had surgery. She tells me that she can't tell I lost weight. Stinky b*tch. I have lost ther weight of my oldest daughter and she tells me she can't tell.....grr.....

WOW! I didn't know pinapple juice could unstick me. I do know that it would clean out the bowels in a BIG hurry! I sip carbonated drinks if I get stuck. Works like a charm.

I was banded August 1st and have had 3 fills, and 1 unfill. I was filled the 3rd time to 2 ccs and it was just too much. It was horrible. I am not sure if I am at my sweet spot, but I am feeling good about what I am able to eat. It has only been a week since the unfill. SO now I am at 1.75 ccs.

My favorite shake: 2 scoops protien powder 2 tablespoons FROZEN orange juice 2 tablespoons frozen limade a few drops of coconut extract fat free milk and ice blend until smooth, enjoy the tropical treat!

You know I started at at 28 as well...and as I am sure we all do I have been dipping into all those clothes that I held on to for so long. I put on a pair of 18 and they were just a tad snug. I could wear them, but you know the wedgie thing. BUT in another pair of jeans 18 I am fine and have plenty of room. I think that too many sizes vary. But I will never again wear those damn 28 so burn baby burn!
