My son had surgery 3/7. Has had really loose watery stools since Thursday. Related to full liquid diet? Forgot to ask the nurse when he scheduled his post op appt. today. Anyone experienced this? Immodium an option? Thanks for your replies. (he has no abdominal pain or fever.) Abbey

Thanks to everyone for responding to my question. I guess you all figured I meant surgery was 5/7 not 3/7. Abbey

Would you tell me which buffalo chicken dip you are using? I've recently found Wendy's wild buffalo ranch dipping sauce. I thought I was doing fine with it until I looked up the nutrition info on their website....Yikes...it has 19 fat grams. So, I'm looking for a tasty replacement. Thanks!

http://images.google.com/images?q=Downward-facing+dog&hl=en&btnG=Search+Images That's the link for the downward-facing dog yoga position. Thanks everyone for your help. Gravity really helped move it, but it really took a long time, lots of pain, retching. I'm on liquids 3 days, blended 3 days, then back to regular. Still feel tender inside.

Stitchy: It was a flour tortilla. Lesson learned! Thanks for staying in contact with me last night. DonnaB: Thanks for sharing your journal. I had read it not too long before I went in for this fill. I can't imagine last night being longer than it was. I don't think I would have survived 6 hours of that. NewSho: Thanks for posting the link for the pic. That's not how I did it. Maybe that's why bending over the arm of the couch helped. I had more downward gravity. I'll call their office in the morning. I'll post what happens. Till then, liquids. I can feel that I am very swollen. Even the yogurt smoothie feels like to much. Back to clear for awhile. I hope my band survived this.

The inamed wallet card says max fill is 4cc. The fill was 8/10 not 8/13 Well, I didn't have trouble with any foods prior to the fill. Sore stomach this morning. Sips of warm water are passing through now. What really helped move it was the yoga position then I layed over the arm of the couch head down. The pressure from the couch arm felt like it helped move that stuck piece. I am embarrassed that I let this happen, but I'm grateful to have you guys to go to for help! Thanks!

Ok, I think it's over. Gravity did the trick. That was frightening and very painful. Do I have permanent damage? I wouldn't be surprised. This episode was not a little slime and up comes the stuck piece. I've never had anything even cause a little bit of discomfort. Thanks for your help/suggestions they really got me through this. Stitchy, thanks for being calm and talking me through this.

When he said 2.5 I thought yikes. Just tried sip of warm water. Not moving down. I think I really did it. They do have a number to call. If I don't get a call back I'll go to the ER and have them get in touch with the doc on call.

Banded June 5, fill August 13, he said he put 2.5 in 4cc band, but not to be surprised when I go back if there is 1.8 when he draws it out. Gotta get back on all 4's now.

Hi Dr C- fingers crossed that the picture appears. Thanks for taking a peek. Any info/recommendations about the reaction to the sutures is very much appreciated!

Dr. C. I have a question regarding my port incision and the site to the right of it. Both are slightly separated and reddened about 3 mm surrounding them since 6/18/06. (Surgery date: 6/5/06) They are not draining, but have a yellow/gold "scab" in some spots. Saw my surgeron's partner 6/19. He didn't think it looked infected, but prescribed 3 days of Keflex and had me see my surgeon today. My surgeon also said it doesn't look infected, rather I am reacting to the sutures. No change using the Keflex. Other 3 sites are almost completely healed. Can you explain this reaction? Recommendations? Thanks for your time!
