Hi! Sorry i never responded. I actually got pretty depressed because my weight loss was almost all within the first month, then nothing until March. March 1 i was 203 lbs (and i'd seesaw up and down to 206), and today i'm 198 So i lost a little weight, but not as much as i had hoped. I think it's my protein, i'm just not having enough, so i'm pushing the protein harder than ever now.
How are you doing?
