The only thing I paid for was my preop shakes which where around $200, if I hadn't of got postponed twice it would of been around the $70 mark. No fill yet, my surgeon didn't fill my in surgery (I don't think) and my first fill is the 17th this month - So about 5 weeks out which isn't too bad. And who cares about getting your hopes up, you have every right to. I mean this is one of the most important parts in your life and you have every right to be nervous/happy/excited lol =)
