Hey milwif - I need to know your name so I can call you that instead of milwif lol, anyway. Hunger is virtually non existent at the moment which is great, my dietician gave me a plane so that I have to drink 120mls of fluid every 20-30 minutes which I usually forget to lol but it's been pretty helpful, had pumpkin soup last night and could actually feel myself getting full after a couple of spoonfulls which was weird. As for the weight loss I have absolutely no clue, I don't really wanna be like most on here where their weight loss is ruled by the scales you know? I'm thinking of only checking my weight once a month, although I stept on my scales and it says 2kgs lost (4.4lbs) but I'm not sure whether it's accurate.
