Hey there everybody, Im doing fine. Didn't get to all the posts yet but wanted to check in. I have a bunch of gas pain and my mouth is so dry. I have ice chips and I also had a couple baby spoons of jello. I don't want to have too much but I'm sooooo dry. What should I do? I'm going to post the whole thing later lots to tell. I had ICY and the post op nurse that Candra had it was too funny. Plus I had Rick a guy that was a straight comedian. ok what about the dry mouth? Hey everyone, been busy doing laundry, I keep coming up with stuff to do. I think it's just nervous energy. I hear you guys on the weight staying the same. I've been this same weight off and on ever since I hit my goal. I can't wait til I can start loosing. :>) Chris I'm looking at the baby ticker thinking I can't believe how time flies...8 weeks already. It will be December before you know it. Morning all....At work today, sooo much to wrap up. I already sent Candra a text at 6:15 yea she's probably real chill by now. ok there is a good chance I had one too many mimosas yesterday. Passed out early, but I've been up since 2am, with way too much on my mind. ok everybody, have a great monday, well a great as a monday can be.

You know how it is....they are all on a diet with me. I'm soooo lucky to have them & (you) I thought I was going to get flack but I didn't. Donna, I'm putting the date on my calendar.

ok so we all went out for brunch at in SF, got a little tipsy but oh well! Im so excited!! everybody was so nice to me and really supportive, I really think I'm ready. My girlfriends told me they are going to eat what I eat. starting Wed they will be doing clears and then full liquids with me. My hubby is being really supportive too. Wow, between you all and the rest of my family & friends I can't help but succeed. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Hey everyone I was off the hook today.....imagine what I'll be like later

My day was packed of course. Spent most of it steaming my floors. Wood floors are a pain in the butt. Then we had a family dinner; it was nice to see all of my out of town relatives. Tomorrow we are having another family function so I have to do the bridge early morning. Donna I meant to call you in the car this afternoon but it completely slipped my mind. Go Tamra, you may be banded in October.

Good Saturday morning, what a weird day? We are having thunderstorms, lighting and thunder. I’ve got so much to do today. We’re have a big family dinner later at my cousins house. Some of our relatives came up from LA. I’m fixing pancit (Filipino dish) Plus I need to do housework trying to get everything clean before I’m down for the count. Oh last night was the best. We had pizza and beer, worked out pretty good I only had 3 pcs and 3 beers the best part was that I weighed myself this morning and I’m down 1 more lb. We also did a sunset walk across the bridge. Candra I know you are juced…6:30am that’s probably the time I have to go since Dr Park said I’d be first. Any final meals planned? I think I’m gonna walk the bridge in the morning let me know if you want to go. Riley, when you come for your fill I want to try and meet up with you I live right down the street from Pinole Kaiser. I should be up and around. Nicole that dress is hot…sexy sexy, save up, I’m sure it will be on sale or clearance soon. Heather those 40 cal fudge pops are the best. I keep them because my chocolate cravings are probably equal to a crack addict. LOL LaChica- You are always welcome, but why RNY? Just want to make sure you make the best decision for you. Be sure to do a lot of research. Pam sounds like you need a partner to go shopping with you. Sometimes we don’t see ourselves as we should. I’m sure there was a ton of stuff at TJ Maxx for you. We need to plan a few makeovers, and it doesn’t have to be expensive. Tamra glad you are back on track, the 11 lbs will go by quick. I went online to check my co-pay for the surgery and it's $15 whoo hoo! this is the kicker, if I have a transgender operation there is no co-pay ($0)...go figure! ok I have an appt with HR today to turn in my paperwork for my LOA. Leaving work early, hubby is taking me out for pizza and beer.

Well Anna, I have Dr Park, I like her; direct, to the point and very sweet. Let's see she asked what surgery you are intrested in and then explains the band process very thouroughly (sp) even drew pictures. then she put me up on the table and looked at my tummy, pushed & poked and then she told me what weight I needed to be at. I'm sure something else happend but you know how it is at Kaiser in and out you barley remember. I think it's a good idea to write your questions down in advance just in case.
