Hi Everyone My name is Jen and along with my best friend Jodie have set-up a new company called Lap Band for the Mind. Before we were banded we realised that we needed to work on the mind side of things and resolve the underlying issues of why we were overweight in the first place, hence Lap Band for the Mind was born! As you have already been through this, we are looking for people to contribute their own stories about how you prepared for surgery and also any tips & tricks that you used to keep you on the straight and narrow during the Optifast stage (if you did it). It doesn’t need to be War & Peace or a great literary piece, just a couple of paragraphs on your experience. I don’t know about you, but I always love to hear about other people’s journeys!
