So, that is the update on me... How are you doing? I see you are a teacher, what grade? Are you excited about the new school year? I have a junior high aged son. He just turned 13 on the 20th. He is playing jr. high football. He loves school for the social aspects of it. He is a smart kid but doesn't apply himself. The teachers always become aware of this. He is very charming and unfortunately, very funny and has a great personality, and they don't push him for his best. He makes them laugh, makes them love him and in the long run, he grazes by on B's, a few A's and maybe one or two C's. But could be a straight A student if he would apply himself.
If you by chance work at Arab Jr. High(8th) grade, or AHS, lol beware, he will be on the prowl and is looking for teachers with a good sense of humor. haha
Hope you are having a great Monday (07-27)

So I have this ugly gash that is attempting to heal on my right arm, and while not using that arm, I over-compensated the left one and now I have a ganglion cyst popped up on the inside of that wrist, which I am now having to wear a brace on.
Any and all arm exercises are out for the time being.
I still go to the gym 3-4 times a week and am in the process of getting my own tread mill set back up to use each day in the morning before work. Maybe that will boost my metabolism into working.
I don't have time for breakfast...ever. I do the protein shakes, about three to four times a week. I was doing fresh frozen fruit, a small yogurt and skim milk, w/prot. powder. I started using the weightloss shakes with ice and protein powder. Not sure how that will work but the taste is different, so that is good. It taste like a choc. shake, until it starts melting... yuk. (to be cont)

I have had two fills and I love the restriction right when I have them done, but it doesn't seem to last long. I have gone from a size 24(sometimes 26) pants to a 16. I even wore a pair of size 14 shorts while on vacation. My hubby says I am still losing inches, but I can't tell it.
I guess I am getting a tad depressed with it all.
I started some online classes to boost my mental self-esteem. I went to the dermatologist in Cullman to have three moles looked at, two on my face, one on my arm. He saw another on my arm that looked "funny" he said and decided to remove it also. It is the one that came back abnormal, so he had to cut "a quarter pound" of meat out to get all the abnormal cells. (to be cont)

Hi, I am sorry I haven't replied before now. I haven't been on this site in so long. Summer, Vacations, Work, issues at work. The gym and family responsibilities have bogged me down lately.
I don't guess I really have any hints, I came here today to get some from others, really. I am at a stand still and have been it seems, forever.
I started out at 247 and this morning the scales showed 217. It sucks. I had lost down to 214 before and I keep going up and down between 214 and 219, this has been going on for six weeks now. (to be cont.)

If you get this twice, my computer blinked out, so I am resending. Things are going ok - I can't wait until my first fill on Wednesday. I am a little disappointed so far in what I have lost, but at the same time, I guess I expected more than I should have. I hope that things are going well with you. If you have any helpful hints or pointers I would be more than happy to listen . . .er um read :-). Have a blessed day - Jen
