  1. Hey there.... ok once you start eatting solid food again the weight loss will slow down its only natural... that is when you need to start excersing and begin a routine!! I work out 6-7 days a weeks ( i have a trainer and i walk 4 plus miles a day).... you are suppose to lose 1-2 lbs a weeek that is a healthy rate!! Everyones body works different so dont compare yourself to much to others you will on get discouraged!! You are doing great trust me!!!
