I hadn't realized that the procedure requires sleeping on my back rather than my side, but seems to be the case based on the last couple of responses in this chain. Is that right -- you have to sleep on your back during recovery? How long?

For whatever it's worth, it is unlikely that your asking him out had anything to do with his further show of interest. He either liked you or he didn't.

I work at a desk job and won't have too much time to spare. How much time should I figure that I will need to be home to recover before getting back to the office?
