What do you eat for breakfast everyday?

Oatmeal doesn't stick with me either. I use eggbeaters and make a mini meal. I put in hashbrowns and canadian bacon or lean ham, and veggies, and cheese. I bake it in a 8x8 pan and cut it into squares. Sometimes I use sour cream and salsa on it.
  4. Ok, I can't give you portion sizes, but I can give you a list of high protien foods. Beans (not green) refried black pinto etc Fish chicken Turkey Canned Tuna cheese You can aloso make one dish meals that contain bean, meat and cheese, this will give you a huge amount of protien with few calories and fat:rolleyes:

    Not a miracle surgery...

I understand, I have been baned 13 months and have not found my sweet spot yet. Hang in there, as it was stated before, this is a process, and not the same process for everyone. I still think the band was the best thing for me.
  6. Hi, I got my band in June of 2009. I have just started to feel restriction and I have lost a total of 40 + lbs.
  7. Hi carlaovier,

I too am new to this site, I also am in the midst of finding out info. Yes I agree that it is scary! Did you ever have the surgery? If so how is your journey? I am ambivilant myself, however this is a tool and many people have succeded with it. I just can not get past the fact if many people can lose up to 100lbs or more on weight watchers than why can't I. I would love to hear from you if you are still out there! Thanks!

    Updated Recipe, Peanut butter cookies

Can I use low fat peanut butter?
  9. I have this feeling like there is a rock or lump in my chest, not all of the time, sometimes it feels like it is trying to come up my throat. I have tried to track "when" it happens, but there does not seem to be any "reason". Like right now, I have not eaten yet, but the feeling is there. After I eat, it might go away. Can anyone tell me anything?????

  13. My surgery is scheduled for June 16th and I am having second thoughts. I thought I was sure that I wanted the Lap Band and not the bypass but now I am not sure. Any words of wisdom?
