I'm staying on plan today because (contrary to my ticker) I've gained 4 pounds this week. Yes it's TOM, but I've also been eating myself into oblivion with these stupid cravings that come along with TOM. -
Oh, yeah, I was talking with my coach, and it seems that there are a handful of us or so on here that have the SAME coach! She said it's crazy, because it seems that we've caused a bit of a sensation right here from our little world....and a run on bodybuggs!! So who loves Tamala?

There will be plenty of time after you're banded to have birthday dinner. It will just be much less of a birthday dinner, but no less enjoyable, or tasty! Many bandsters find that if they're VERY careful after banding, (and AFTER their post op diets are complete) that they can pretty much enjoy anything they enjoyed before, just take it slow, and chew chew chew! YOU CAN DO IT!!!! -
Mandi, my short sleeve shirts cover it pretty well, and even the ones that don't cover it completely, cover it mostly, unless you move your arm just so. At any rate, no one has said anything about it to me or asked me anything about it except for the people I've told about it already, and that was me voluntarily telling them about it, thinking that they might like to have one for themselves.

Yep, cookie monster force fed me all the crap I've ever eaten that made me fat, and I always wanted to be just like Oscar, so that's why I'm such a bitch.... Oh, and I wanted to see snuffy, too, but I was too much of a prude to try drugs, so I just pretended.... So is it Sesame Street's fault, or is it on my parents for making me watch it? I just need some clarification so I'll know who to sic my attorney on! -

LOL1 I was going to tell you that I crave it sometimes, too, and I gotta say, it's never hit the spot the way I thought it would. But, then, I wouldn't have listened to me, so I thought I'd let you find out that little tidbit for yourself. Does that make me a bad person? I hope not! And, all that being said, the next time I crave it, I'll probably have some, too, and then wish I hadn't....

That would be because of calorie content... I've had spaghetti-o's a couple of times. They come in kid sized cups now, too, so it's just about the right size for a bandster!

Infection was my biggest fear with surgery. I mean, if I die on the operating table, I won't even know, but an infection to me was the scariest thought. I'm so sorry for you losing your friend, and how awful her family must feel. You are all in my prayers.
