Hi everyone, Just a quick check in! Well, it's day three of my pre-op diet and like odge, i can't wait for the big day! Weighed myself pre-diet and in 2 days i've lost my first 4lbs, i'm sooooo chuffed. Have any of you lost much on pre-op diets? Thanks guys x

hey guys, Started my pre-op diet today, i've eaten branflakes, chicken salad and turkey veg dinner, yum!! Has anyone got any exciting ideas for low fat options! two weeks to go, can't wait!!:thumbup: oh yeah, and i've weighed myself and put a chuff chart on the wall, how sad am i!

Not long to go now, hang in there chick, before you know it we'll be in belgium and i bet you get restriction this time x

Cheers chick but Yeah, got loads to lose, at 5ft 8 i'm 18 stone now and want to get down about 7 1/2 stone, i've done it before on lighter life and managed to tone up really well by kicking the arse out of circuit training, you wouldn't have known i'd lost so much weight, but then again that was 4 years ago and i just hope i can do it again...

Hi guys, Not been on for a few days, there's so much going on in my life at the moment, plans for moving abroad, two holidays, new schools for the girls, leaving the RAF etc etc!! Now i have a minute to think about the surgery, i can't wait, 17 days and counting.......pre-op diet here i come x By the way, can't wait to meet you flirty!:w00t:

Thanks also garry, it's great being on here, my little sister has just joined too and will be coming on the same day for the op too, i can't wait, i've got two holidays coming up, one to maldives in september and one with kids to florida on november. How much weight do you think i could lose if i worked really hard at it by september? Getting banded on 12 May 09, yipeeeeee!!!!!!!

Cheers Carrie, yeah, i did lighter life back in 2004 and lost 7 and a half stone, got down to 10st 4 in 5 months, but got married the next month and didn't keep up with the management!! oh well, this is the big one now, no more fluctuating, i will be a size 10 again!!...

We still need to book the ferry at the end of the month but will aim at getting there for about lunchtime on the 11th to have a look around. My consultation is at 8pm on the 11th, don't know what time my sisters is! What size are you now then if you don't mind me asking! i'm so excited about meeting you, bet you look great!....

hey to everyone, i'm just trying to find out if anyone is being banded on or around the 12th May 09? Me and my sister are getting it done by Dr Chris on that day!! I can't wait to lose all this extra weight and feel gr8 again in clothes? Does anyone have any experiences they'd like to share? I booked with Bridget last month (She's great i think!) but got a really snotty, pushy phone call Tullia yesterday saying i should have booked with her! Glad i didn't now if that's her attitude x

Hey everyone, i've just booked in with Dr Chris De Bruyne on the 12 May 09 and would love to know if anyone has anything they can say about the whole experience, what Dr Chris is like if i work really hard, can i lose my weight within a year? I am just under 18 stone at 5ft 8ins and would love to get back down to 10st 4lbs when i felt most comfortable!
