im doing pretty good,, lost 22 lbs already, 12 lbs since surgery and 10 lbs was pre-ot, im on soft foods too..wat are u eating..ive been getting broiled fish, baked chicken and i puree in a food processor,,with spinach sometimes, cottage cheese for breakfast or a protein shake, muscle milk..if i eat a meal its just usually lunch..breakfast usually cottage cheese and a protein shake..fish and spinach puree for lunch then muscle milk for dinner..ive been doing losing app. 3-5 lbs a week..im trying to stay that way..
