Yeah, I can see that. I am afraid, if I do anything (cough, sneeze) anything, it will move the band. Kind of wild when you think about it.

Ok, I know I have type this several times. But, I don't understand this web-site. I don't know if I am talking to the people I think I am talking to. But, does anyone have any receipes? I have another week of liquids. I would love something tasty.

Hey Tawandabee, Honestly, I guess I am lucky. I don't have too bad of gas pains. What I have been told is to walk alot. Hope you get to feeling better.
