I have lost 7 pounds since my fill in mid April. I have a hard time drinking 8 glasses of water a day.

Sorry to be so late answering, went out of town. I couldn't find anyone to fill me since I went to Mexico to have surgery.The years passed and I finally got the nerve to try again and it was so easy !

Were you banded in 2004? If so why are you just getting your first fill. I haven't been banded but I so want it bad. Everyone on here seems to love it and be loosing weight. I wish you the best.

I finally got a fill after being banded in 2004 ! I can tolerate small amounts of smoked salmon well chewed and yogurt.I am just learning about what to do, I hope I'm not eating the wrong thing ! I also can slowly drink V8 juice, some burping and feeling over full easily after 4 bites. I weigh 204 and hope to see a drop soon.... I'm afraid it won't work.....
