Hi Emily! Congrats on your band success! That's so cool, I wish I had it done already, I so sick of this weight! Well, may I ask you what kaiser you went too?? I go to the one in Fontana, CA and I was wondering if you took the "options" classes? People have been telling me that they take 6 months to complete, but the doctore told me that they have a crash course that is only 3 months, so I was wondering it you can tell me what classes, if any, did you take and for how long? How long did it take to do the whole process from beginning to end? Thx for you answers, they are greatly appreciated!!
