I was banded on June 4, 2009 - I am officially in onderland - well 199.5 - I'm quite close. I started at 283. I am sure my progress could have been better, but I slipped up a couple of times and I have been going to the gym, but slacking on cardio. I got on the scale though and I don't think I have EVER smiled while standing on a scale! Now I know what everyone is talking about.....and what helped me in the past week was all the posts about the protein intake - very true!
