I take it this is more common after a fill? I haven't had trouble with a single food/item yet, but my band is also still empty.

My doctor also is one who does not put anything in the band, he's not an agressive filler, for me that's great! I'm almost 6 months out still no fills!! and still loosing2lbs a week! Each doctor is very very diffrent!

Hi Megan! Congratualtions on the approval!! I'm relocating to Rhode Island The next of next month! I had my surgery (Realize Band) in January and am thankful for it each and every day!! This website is a huge help!! we're all here to ask and answer questions!

Just joined the challange! Hoping to hit 100lbs lost by the challange date!! which is 30lbs to go!!

I'm new to working out, I had been going to curves the past 2 months but unfortunatly I can not afford the membership. I walk in my neighborhood when I can - approx 1 mile steep hills! but the weather has been soo crummy lately that I can't always get out to do that. so I'm here asking for help and advise! I have been doing well on this journey, down 66lbs and don't want it to slow by lack of excersize! What do you do at home to work out? any adivise and suggestions would be great!!!

i think it's diffrent for each person, i lost weight a few years ago and it took around 20/25lbs until i droped a clothing size. since surgery i have lost 4 pants sizes in just under 4 months. started out 28's and i'm a solid now. my stomach is moving much slower however so the tops haven't moved so much went from 26/28's to 22/24's.

I'm very excited!

Passed my Shrinko Goal of 5lbs (only been doing it 2 weeks!) Down 4 this week for a grand total of 61lbs gone!! and down 6 for Shrinko!!

Down 57lbs and have lost nothing in my bobbies..the band size has gone down. I hope they don't shrink to much.. i am a clevage whore.. i love my boob shirts!!

I was down 3 on Friday. 2 from my Shrinko De Mayo goal! Hoping to hit 60lbs lost by the 6th of April (4mo banniversary!)

No pre op diet here. but i have been loosing over 2lbs a week since day 1. I lost quite a bit in the first month, but has been steady since.

Down 3 this week! only 2 more to go to goal!! - I only started this challange this week

Okay for me getting hit on is the best NSV - as a teen/young adult I was Almost Never Hit on!! What a great day for you!!

I find i'm wanting it more, problem is I don't enjoy sex with my husband, sadly it's very uncomfortable almost painful for me - i'm to small for him i suppose. It's always been this way - our almost nonexistant sexlife. when we married he was only the 2nd person i had been with - so i didn't really know there was a problem, until we seperated a few years ago and hooked up with a college friend. We made our way back to eachothe but our sex life has not changed.. I wish I was looking forward to having more of a sex drive!!! i'm only 29!!!

I found Dibb's ice cream i take no more than 5 and eat and enjoy - it's chocoate and ice cream - no real value but i also have only done it twice since surgery.

Not me I tell everyone!!! I wasn't going to at first but then I tought.. hum..this is a GOOD Thing and there is nothing wrong with getting some help. I am lucky though I have VERY supportive friends and family and that does make things easier.

I haven't figured out how to put pictures in here but i have them in my profile i'm 3.5 months out and wow i can so see a diffrence!
