Thanks a bunch! I know exactly how you feel. I go through the same thing sometimes. You definitely have to exercise and you must watch what you eat. That's basically what I'm doing. Try to get in as much cardio as possible. Stay away from fried foods, bread, rice, sugar...that's my best advice. What exactly are you doing? Do you feel restriction? I am up to 7.3 cc's and I think I need more.
