Hello LadyDiva Believe all what you see and half of what you hear! so people will tell you that but that is not good motivation for her to tell you that, you have to take your vitamins and not necessary do your protein shakes but atleast get some protein that is the key to getting that full feeling, and must important drink lots of water its help with your skin, do your weights to tighten your skin and I promise you will not have all that excess skin oh and did I mention EXERCISE just a brisk walk from now and then. I never lost my hair, I lost a lot of weight (smile). But stick to your program and you will be just fine. I am here if you need me ok.. TTYL
