I am in the same process that you are going through with healthkeepers, even though mine is a medically necessary my company did not pay for the "ryder" so I am clueless about what steps i should take next. One thing i do know- I'm def not giving up!! It is very discouraging that you pay into the health care system, yet when you need it you cant seem to use it.
