  1. I eat lots of Turkey (turkey burger), Chicken and Pork. I try to stay away from my red meats (even though I love them) and use flatbread which is only 90 calories and 8 crabs, you can find them in your local grocery store. I use noodles called Dreamfields which is low in carbs 5 digestible carbs to be exact. go to Dreamfields Pasta Tastes Great, Low Carb Pasta, Diabetic Pasta, Healthy Pasta Recipes and you will see the nutrional facts and even prnt a cupon for a $1.00 off your first box. They taste very good and you can't tell a difference. I work out Monday Wednesday & Friday at the YMCA and weekends I am always on the ove cleaning my house, going for walks on nice days or something active.
