Thanks for your cookbook suggestion. I am going to look it up and probably order it. Since I am Norway, I can order it and have it shipped to my mom's. It will be there waiting for me when we go there on vacation in April. I look forward to trying it out. Those are the kind of resources I am looking for, thanks again! =)
