    I was banded on the 20th aswell and also feeling light headed now, 3rd day back at work. Im also getting pains when Ive been sitting for long periods (desk job) and need to constantly get up for walks. Hopefully I havent started taking any Vitamins as the ones I know I can take are tablets to mix with waters. Does anyone know any vitamins I can take in a pill form rather than liquid or dilluted?

    WOW I didnt realise how long it could take! Im in Australia, had my first consultation two days ago and my surgery is now booked for 1 and a half weeks time!!!
