i had surgery that same day...and used pain meds until today. Today is the first without. Still feel kinda of nauseated...

um...that was suppose to be lousy...not loser! :scared2:

Hi, I had my surgery on Thursday, April 16th...my shoulder pain is finally gone...but I just feel all around loser. No energy...no nothing. Glad the sight of food is no tempting. It doesnt tempt me either...but I started having mushy food today...my energy was so low...and the thought of another protein shake was too much to handle...1/2 an egg and I am full. The shoulder pain should go within the next day or so...good luck.
