well I am home! It was not so bad. I have a little gas. The incision sites feels a little achy. I am still under the influence of Lortab. :huggie: Everyone at Vista Hospital were so nice and my anesthesiologist was hot:kiss2: I was most nervous about going under. But, it was fine. I wanted to let the soon to be banded know it will be OK.

Hi guys, I have a few hours until I am banded. I think I am a little bit scared. Please keep me and the other 8/7/06 bandsters in your prayers. I should try to sleep now. I must get up at 4:00 AM!:notagree I will post as soon as I feel up to it.

I had my stress test today and had the final meeting with my Dr. before surgery. Everything was A OK. So, it is really going to happened.:clap2: Right now, for me the scariest thing will happen on Friday. It is the day I pay for the surgery. (self-pay):phanvan But, if one is going to be in debt, trying to improve your health is a very good reason.

I am glad you asked this question. I have been wondering what to buy. I am thinking about a hand blender. The Braun Multiquick Hand Blender from Wal -Mart.

MoOrLess --- They are making a movie out of The Time Traveler's Wife. I can not imagine how they will do the book justice. But, I will go and see it.

I am re-reading the series. I can not get enough. I am excited and sad about book 7. I just finished reading an excellent book. The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger. I highly recommend it.

I too have been eating and eating. I have to stop.:help: I don't want to weight more when I go see the doctor again in two weeks. I have my stress test then.

I am 31, single, no kids. Some days I want kids and some days I don't. Who knows how I will feel when I reach my weight loss goal. :confused:

For me it was looking at my vacation pictures. I know it sounds crazy, but I never felt fat before that. This is despite the fact I have been over 200 lbs for six years. All I could think was, "who is this huge women?" I knew I need to lose weight. I tried all the fad diets. Everyone knows how they work out. So, here I am.
