Try homemade chicken soup WITH chicken meat. REAL protein not the powder stuff ( i've tried it) I was banded 7/27, and just had that soup, make sure you chew the chicken until it feels like puree.
I'm being banded this Tuesday the 27th.

Depends where the hernia in located. My surgeon did a Hernia repair on me 2.5 weeks ago and it healed well, so next week he'll do my Lap Band. He told me that these two procedures couldn't be combined into one "session".
If you exercise you increase your muscle mass and reduce fat. Muscle is heavier than fat. I am not saying that that's what's going on with you, just stating a fact.
