Hi Savannahsmommie, thank you for the compliment. I work out now...3 - 5 days per week but during the early months of my lapbanding.... 1 week out from the surgery, I worked out 6 - 7 days per week up until the 2nd and half year, so for 2.5 years I worked out 6 days per week. I'd consume about 58 - 60 grams of protein a day.
