Hi Meredith! How was Thanksgiving? I sampled a little of this and that but added to my workout routine to compensate for my little cheats (I hope!). I'm really looking forward to my second fill on 12/3. I'm hoping it will get me closer to the sweet spot and farther from constant hunger/cravings! It's really hard with holidays coming and goodies everywhere! Hope all is well! Take care!
