Yea I hear ya it is very hard...in my mind i knew how it was gonna be but doing it is a different story. Ive lost about 20lbs and havent lost anything in a few weeks so its discouraging but im gonna just keep on trucking and make good food choices...cant wait to see pics. Im here if you need me.
