Hey Meredith! Wow, so the process has begun huh? How are you feeling physically since starting the liquids? I bet you are getting nervous, but don't worry, everything will go great. It'll be over before you know it. Things are going great for me. I've lost 10 pounds so far since surgery, which I'm happy about because people say most people don't lose much the first month until their first fill. So all total, 26 pounds. I already feel alot better physically and mentally. It was hard to get adjusted to smaller portions, but now that I'm back on normal foods, it's not as hard at all. I'm exercising every day and feeling great! Don't worry, you'll be doing great too! Let me know how everything goes for you.
