Hi There, Sorry it has taken so long to respond, how are you doing? Is eating still making you feel as though you have something stuck in your throat? Sometimes if you are overeating that is the feeling you will get. or perhaps not chewing enough will cause that as well. As far as diet I have no set diet other than I do not consume any bread products as they make me ill and try to make healthy choices like chicken and fish rather than beef or pastas. and Lots of fresh veggies and fruits. I take vitamins and try to stick with a protien supplement as well. If there is anything else I can do to help please let me know.
