I had restriction with just the band. Just got my first fill 10 weeks postop. I don't know how much he put in but definitely feeling more restriction. Go back in 10 weeks for another fill. I'm glad I can't eat as much as before. Hit a plateau for weight loss.

Just be sure and check the label on the Slim Fast. If it's high in carbs and sugar we were told not to drink it. I'll be praying for you!

I'm having surgery too on the 13th. I'm on day 4 of 10 days of liquids. It is tough especially at night.

I was told that this would be a much slower weight loss process. Sounds like you are right on target.
