hey guys i just got back from seeing dr h today i was a little too tight and had to have a little taken out i tried to stick it out but i was having a bad time with reflux at night and i had never had that happen before. i was a little undecided as to whether i needed an unfill but dr h said if i had a problem with reflux i was to tight. so tonite i got to eat some of the prime rib roast i cooked for t'giving and it was so good.!!! yay!!! i really do feel better i can actually drink and feel it going through instead of that golf ball feeling. i just hope i don't start gaining 'cause i can eat to much!!! oh yea dr h said that there will not be a meeting in mp in dec. because of the holidays

hey glo looks like you are doing great how's lou i saw her at mg meeting at couple of weeks ago and she looks great! the scales have not moved for me lately i guess that's good though because atleast they are moving the wrong way!!!1 tp what a horrible thing to have happen i am a` big debit card user and i just hope that doesn't happen to me

sugarb sounds like you know what restriction is now yay!!!! i made my appt for 1-7, but hopefully i won't need a fill then 'cause i am really tight now, but so far it is managable just have to watch that last bite and quit before i get there. work has been really busy and i am really tired at nite so i probably won't have much to say this next week so i hope everyone has a great thanksgiving. lisa you sure have been quiet lately i hope you are being a good girL!!

hey guys just got back from texarkana having a fill this is my first fill since july i was still pretty tight but getting hungry again so i got a small fill but the big treat was i got to meet sugar bear she was there for a fill to and she was kinda easy to pick out once i saw her walking LOL justing kidding sb you are really get ting around good hardly limping at all!!! i had lost 9 lbs since july but i am a slow poke and i had been down more but i was off work last week and i ate to much while i was at home hopefully this fill will help me get through the holidays and still loose. bye for now

travel girl you explained me!!!! and the worst thing apart my spare tire is when i get a shirt to cover the tire it falls off my shoulders!!!! i did find that 18 fit better than 16w cant wait until 16 fit better than 14w

happy halloween everyone busy day for hipp hopp jumps but it is the last big day of the year things slow down between nov and march but that is ok we are tired of the jumping by then!!! i hope everyone is on the loosing track

yea, skinny minny and half my age, lisa can outrun me, but i'll get her when she least expects if she aint careful!!!! i've been a bad girl today i smoked ribs and eat some of them they were so tender they were falling off the bone omg they are good. also i cooked some chili and is good too yep i need a fill. i did all this cooking 'cause i am going to see the kids in dalllas and so i am taking them some food. i have to bring my granddog home for a couple of weeks 'cause my daughter is moving so sophie has to stay with us while she moves and i will be going back and forth over the next couple of weeks to help her with the move (mostly next week end) and then i will be off the first week in nov. so i take sophie back home then. my dogs don't much care for poor little sophie so it is always fun when she visits.

i think by nov 12 i'll be ready for a fill i haven't had one since july but i am begining to get a little hungry and i can eat more than just a few spoons full now and by the 12 i will probably be able to eat a bear!!!

sugarb i had no restriction at all then went in for a fill and felt a little restriction the nite of the fill than the next day i could eat a bear(no pun intended) waited it out until a week or so then called mrs betty and went back in and dr k couldnot pull any saline out so i went in for a fill under fluo with dye in the saline and you could see the saline seeping out in the tissue around the port. the drs didn't charge but the surg. center did it cost around 2000 and i am self pay. (sucked big time) but i have only had 2 fills since 3-07 and i have lost around 25-30lbs during that time, but remember i am not a dieter i eat alot of carbs. and protien no veggies and at this time i don't eat a lot of anything at one time (bad grazing habit) BUT I AM LOSINIG NOW!!

Glo my boo-boo on my bo-b0 is ok but my boo-boo were the wart was is sore!!! yup next time i run into lisa at wally world i probably won't be able to see her she is getting so tiny!!! glo you and lou were looking great so you just keep on plugging away!! excuse us mp bandster but in seems we've been running into each more lately so we have to brag on each other] hope all of you other guys are doing great!!!! has anyone heard from newj and tjh or arkie lately

lisa i tried the freeze-it-yourself stuff and the wart tripled in size i think it just fed the wart!!! dr mckellar said i could live to be a 10000 and that thing would still have been there. i think he dug to china with that burning thingy they use to remove warts.

i went to the dr and i got a shot in my bo-b0 and he told me i looked like i was sick(duh why else would i be there) then stupid me i asked him to take wart off my finger and i hurts worse than my butt!!!
