glo what will you do with out your twin???? or partner in crime??? i know lou is excited but i feel for you, a girl i worked with for 14 year left the office a few years ago and i thought i would just die, but life goes on the girl that does her job is a hoot and i really like working with her, but i do mess the other girl!!! tp i guess i would have to say i am loosing but just slow as usual, but the scales aren't going up at all just creeping down. of course it has taken me almost 2 yr to lose what you have already lost. as lisa has said just remember this is a slow process. and also remember we did not get this big overnite!!!

ohhhh julie do like yard wk??? i love working in the yard and right now mine is so pretty lots of green grass and pretty flowers. and i have a ton of roses blooming right now!!!! so that is what i do for my exercise 'cause i dont have time to do much more than work and try to keep the weeds at hand. also i am a master gardener and we spend a lot of time on different projects the mg's do. i am a verrrry slow loser i am down 56 lbs since 7-06 but if i had not had the band done there is no doubt in my mind i would be over 300 and then i couldnt get out and enjoy my gardening so much!!!

lisa must be something in the air down here in sugarhill 'cause i am so tight it is hard to even think about food!!!! but i am also down 2 more lbs!!!!!

glo i think lisa may have dreamed right about the 3 months. you know me i am q bad patient i go when i need a fill and that is never on a regular schedule. my last visit was 2-25 and i don't have an appt, but i don't need a fill at this time (but i did get hungry today for the first time in a long time). also glo remember my goal was a # i pulled out of the air i really need to lose more than 23 lbs but i would not be very unhappy if that was all i lost. right now i weigh what i weighed on the last starve you diet i was on and i thought i was looking good then, but i definitivly need to lose at least 20-30 more.
