i'm a newbie waiting for the big day 7-14-06 but i got a question:confused: how many of ya'll have had lifts and tucks after losing big will exercise help a lot to keep everything from sagging and falling i'm self pay and lifts and tucks will be out of the question i'm 53 but i really don't want to look 53:D

does the protien in the drinks keep you from being hungry and can you cotinue the drinks ater the liquid stage i'm thinking lp drinks for 2 meals and eat a smart choice for 3rd meal but will the lp be filing? to be banded on 7/14/06 hippmom

howdy i'm right there with you babyjess 15000 is a lot of teeth to clean (i'm a dental hyg. and the surg. wll be self pay) but this is for me i've tried every diet you can think of and i've always lost wieght but then after abouit six months my willpower is gone, but i'm tired of fighting this battle by myself so i'm looking forward to having my new weapon (the band). maybe with the new tool i'll be able to beat this fight.
