i've always told my daughter i' buy her a new pair of jeans when she got married and that is all the preparation i'd do (we never agree on anything) but she's 30 and no one can put up with her so i haven't had to buy thosse jeans yet LOL

i talked to an or nurse from pitts and she was impressed wtih that dr and was considering that dr for her husband's surgery but i haven't heard aniything else about the dr.

hey i hope everyone has had a good mother's day!!! i go tomorrow for my first fill after the port was repaired and i glad because i am eating more and begining to get hungry but the repair was at the first of march so its been a long time since i have had to be filled

mary i didn't realize you were in denton i live in NE texas off of i30 about 100 miles from dallas the kids both graduated from UNT and both live in the Irving area my dd is a librarian(sp??? went blank on that one) for the city of Irving and ds works for verizon

well i been quiet as long as i can i have to tell you guys about my week!!! i can't remember if i have posted about my two passions on this thread they are all my pretty flowers and alll the work i do to keep them pretty and the other one is my babies my westie named daisy and my wire hair terrier named kramer (they filled the empty nest when the kids left home) well on wednesday i come home to all of my flowers torn to shreds by a hail storm!!! alll my hard work destroyed in a matter of ten minutes!!! and then on thursday my husband called me at work to ask where kramer was of course he was supposed to home either in the house or back yard which is fenced and i have a doggie door so they come and go out whenever they want but it had come another hard rain and the water had wash a hole under the fence and kramer had escaped and when he gets a taste of freedom he is GONE. so i told them at work i had an emergency and i spent the next 6 hr. looking for the old rascal afte losing my voice from calling him, missing an afternoon of work and ton of tears i finally find him about an eighth of a mile from home. and then the kids call and tell me they are working this weekend and so no kids for mother's day but i went to dallas and spent the day with them today so i guess i will survive i had a nice day with them today and i have kram back and eventually i will have pretty flowers again!!! just had to share

hey lisa did you survive the storms boy it looks like we had a bad one here this afternoon mother just lives about a mile from me and she had nickle size hail and about 3"of rain my poor little flowers took a beating!!! hope you guys a safe

miss priss yep hungry!!!! a long 3 three weeks before the fill i've heard it called bandsster's hell!!!

yuck it is the day after sunday!!! but i had a good weekend working in the yard and it is looking so pretty!!! how's the fill going this time hope it has helped with the hunger!!! have a good week

does working in the flower garden count as my exercise for the week. friday i mowed that included pushing mowing for about 30 min. saturday i pulled weeks and hoed and planted more flowers i worked in the yard for a total of 4 hrs. and today i was lazy and only cleaned out the greenhouse but that was 2 hr. of hard work yuck nasty!!! and i am in texas and the temp was around 85 and the humidity was 186!!!!

i go on may the 14th for a fill and i think i might need one then but i haven't felt i needed one yet i am able to eat a little more solid stuff most of the time

hey just checking to say i missed my b'day goal by 5 days i wanted to be at 235 on april 22 and i was at 238 but today 235 showed up YEA!! i just a slow loser, but after i got my leaking port fixed the weight has begun to come off. maybe some day i'll get to where i want to be. mine next goal is 230 by may 31.

oh lisa i got a secret shhhh! don't tell but the scales are begining to slowly inch downward!!! not enough to change ticker but going in the right directions!!! man you should be looking so forrward to this mon. and the fill

i got it whipped until the day after sunday now. i don't work on friday .i on the day after sunday i go iin the office hollering is it friday yet sorry about your mower i hope it is not fatal!!

yes sir lisa g sir lol you know how i hate monday these days guess i was just feeling sorry for myself i really had a good b'day rode my 4 wheeler and had a fish fry with brothers mom and my kids and husband on sat. and then work in my yard on sunday so it was a good weekend but i do hate mondays!!

i'm 9months out and my scars are looking much better and i'm like lisa i used vit. e a little but mainly just left them alone

hey i love to play in the yard i love mowing hoeing pulling weeds and planting flowers but i don't do veggie gardening spent to much of my younger days picking and shelling peas, digging tatars and pulling and shucking corn!!! but i have beautiful roses thaat a blooming they're little hearts out right now. friday is my day off and i so look forward to playing in the yard and you are so right it is a great stress reliever. by the way i'm in texas and we have had 2 very dry summers and i feel like the h20 is connected to me after all the watering i have had to do!!!
