i still have pain in my left shoulder i notice it when i walk to fast or do alot of yard work i think mine is referred pain due to the port being on a nerve in the diaphram and it has be a year since my surgery also some time my neck feels as if i have a crick in it but it is not so badi can not live with it

lisa yea i got a little one went from 2 to 2.2 can't tell much difference hoping it will tighten up alittle with time but the good thing is dr h got it with only one poke and in the office this time yayyy!!!!

onhhh lisa a tornado i was gone this am i was in dangerfied doing master gardening stuff and it got really bad there and i drove home through really bad rain but didn't see any damage here

is it the hot temp and high humdity that makes us retain os much h20 some time 'cause my rings will be tight one day and about to fall off the next

yea i think just eating a lot less of what i used to eat is the way i want to loss the weight it may take a little longer but i don't think i will gain it back if i do it this way. i was so stupid when i got the band i didn't realize that dieting would be such a big isssue i just thought eating less would be enough!!! it is so weird i still can not get on the noscales site!!!! i'm pretty sure dr h has banned this problem child LOL hey you are really doing good with the weight loss i read somewhere if your bmi is below 40 you can not expect to loss more than 1-2 lbs a week. (in my case 1-2 per month) am playing with 3-4lbs i loss during the week and then its week end and we go out to eat and i don't get all the h20 i need and on mon. i will be back up. i tell you for sure when i get to the 220's i am pretty sure you won't need to ck on lbt because you will hear me SHOUTTING!!! have a good week end

hey don't be so hard on poor old lisa you will get there it just takes longer than we thought and it sure isn't as easy as i thought it would be but just remember with out our little friend we'd probably be up 40 instead of down 40

LOL!! just went to arkansas dh needed to get away from hipphopp may is always a busy month with all the end of schools things and he gets tired and grippy

i had shoulder pain due from a nerve in the diaphram being touched or irriated from the band and the heating pad was my best friend!!! i couldn't wait to get home from work and get the heating pad on my stomach and it was in july in texas and i was sitting in the house the heating pad on high and it felt sooo goood!!

shhhh be berry berry quiet!!!!! i hit 40lbs today!!!!! YEA not changing the ticker because my dh and i are going on a little day trip and when i get home who knows what the scales will say/ have a good holiday

karik big difference you are looking great i am finally experiencing what you guys have had since surgery, weight loss. after finally getting the dr. to realize i was not the problem and finding the leak in the port tubing and getting it repaired i am finally losing weight, not fast but at least i am losing pretty steadily. for about 6 months the band was not working because of the leak but since the midddle of march i know what having the band feels like. i am about a 1 pound and a half from losing 40lbs. not much but if i didn't have the band i would have gained 40. i don't know that i would do it again but at least now i can say it does work. thanks for listening to my ramblings

l2 i think we all have these doubts as the surgery gets closer i know i did adn i have had doubts about the band since i had it done but i'm almost 40 lbs lighter instead of the 40 heavier which i would have been had i not had the band!!!
