I had my surgery on my a Friday and went back to work on Monday.. I would recommend you give yourself 2 full days of recovery so you should be good to go back Thursday!!! It sucks being work having the gas pains and you cant get up to walk around alot like u can at home!! Good luck!! Girllll.... i love the gym!!! You will too!! My trainers are the shit they kick my ass!! And my movitation is the couple mallory and curtis from biggest loser bc she is a trainer at my gym!! She looks AMAZINGGGG!!!! plus i just shit talk all the super skinny girl who wear 7 lbs of makeup and do their hair to come and done even sweat... wtf!! They think the gym is a singles dating spot!! HAhA

I had that happen and i did liquid diet for a week and it jump started my weightloss again. Really stick to portion control dont be tempted by the fact you know that you can eat more food than you should!! Good luck!! -
I was nervous too... but it all worked out!! Its been a month and 1/2 since my surgery and im down 39 Lbs!!
