  5. Hey congrats on the surgery date! I lost 11 lbs before surgery! Dont worry the motivation to exercise will come once you start working out and getting in a routine trust me!! Surgery was not bad at all i had mine on a Friday and went back to work on Monday. I was sore and little uncomfortable the first week after but it was not anything i couldnt handle. I had my surgery March 27, 2009 and i have lost 65 Lbs so far... You will do great and im so excited for you!!!

  18. Hey there.... ok once you start eatting solid food again the weight loss will slow down its only natural... that is when you need to start excersing and begin a routine!! I work out 6-7 days a weeks ( i have a trainer and i walk 4 plus miles a day).... you are suppose to lose 1-2 lbs a weeek that is a healthy rate!! Everyones body works different so dont compare yourself to much to others you will on get discouraged!! You are doing great trust me!!!
