    A great nsv but ..........

Congratulations on fitting the small size again. I may not have to worry about that as I have about three closet equivalents worth of old clothes that are too small to fit. I can lose the first 80 pounds without buying much of anything. I'll just be wearing decades old styles. You might try the up-scale stores with cater to older, wealthier people. I bet they have more appropriate styles. And, more expensive clothes do last longer. That may not be an advantage as you still have some significant anticipated weight loss to go. How about LLBean or Land's End? Good luck on the style search. Ed
  4. After 45 years of fighting my weight and losing, I'm feeling inclined to try the lap band. (And, it may be the yo-yo dieting that got me up to my current 300.) For right now, I'll be reading about other people's success and problems. I'm 58 with type II diabetes. I exercise (irregularly due to foot/leg strains [wonder why]) frequently enough that I'm in pretty good condition for my weight. Right now, I find I'm revisiting my favorite bad foods and meals for the last time in the expectation my future bites of these things will be fewer and small. Ed :scared2:
