I just joined last mo.and looking through your pictures,you have made a big improvement fron Jan. to may ( you look awsome ! ) My surgery date is May 19,09, how is recovery afterward? do you do alot of excercise ? keep up the good work, you have just inspired me even more to strive to get to my goal.
