Yes Ma, lift you some small maybe 2 or 3lbs weights or something a little more simpler get you some can good (1) can and just walk around the house with them lift them up and down that will strenghten your muscle in arms and if you do that daily this will help with the sagging arms trust me.. I hope your insurance get with the program so that you can start your new life...
