Hi Canadiangirl. It wasn't bad at all! the people at Maples were very nice. I was in and out in no time at all. I had a hernia repaired as well that they found and I believe that is actually what is giving me the most pain. Oh well I look at it as a 2 for 1 deal. lol 3 weeks of the medi trim... yuck. I only did two, and that really sucked. I did lose 10 pounds though. Good luck!
